Philippines AirAsia Planning IPO for Q4 2017

MANILA, Philippines – Philippines AirAsia (PAA) is looking to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) in the last quarter to support its expansion and the AirAsia group’s plan to integrate all units in the ASEAN under one listed holding company. “We want it (IPO) to happen this year,” PAA chief executive offer Dexter Comendador told reporters, adding the company is looking to list on the Philippine Stock Exchange within the fourth quarter.
