Lufthansa introduces direct payment option in Nigeria

Lufthansa Airlines has introduced direct payment option at check-in counters and gates in Nigeria with card terminals effective from June.
A statement by Lufthansa’s spokesperson, Hakeem Jimo, on Sunday, said that customers would be able to pay with Amadeus Airport Pay for ancillary services while checking in Lufthansa.
Jimo said the new service, developed by Amadeus and Ingenico, would enable and secure simple payments at the check-in counter in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
