Lufthansa conveys 60 million passengers in 6 months

Lufthansa Group has airlifted around 60 million passengers in the first half of the year 2017, 17.2 percent more than same period in 2016.
In its latest financial report, the group said it has carried more passengers than ever before in the first half of 2017.
The report showed that the seat load factor has reached a historical peak of 79; which was 2.7 percentage points higher than in the previous year.
Similarly, the European carrier airlifted around 12 million passengers in June 2017 showing an increase of 18 percent compared to the previous year’s month.
