Families of Germanwings crash victims sue for damages in Spain

Madrid (dpa) – Six families of victims of the 2015 Germanwings crash are suing the airline, its parent company Lufthansa and several insurers for compensation, a spokesman said in the north-eastern Spanish city of Barcelona on Monday. Friday marked the second anniversary of the tragedy, when Germanwings flight 9525 crashed into the French Alps, killing all 150 people on board.
