Cebgo to move main base of operations to Cebu

Because the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) has already maxed out its capacity, low-cost carrier Cebgo plans to move out of Manila and transfer its operations base in Cebu.
Aviation think tank Center for Asia Pacific Aviation (Capa) said Cebu Pacific is planning to rationalize its operations in Manila in 2018, with subsidiary Cebgo on the verge of leaving the Naia to allow its parent to use its slots with bigger planes.
Cebgo operates a fleet of turboprop planes from ATR, while Cebu Pacific uses Airbus A320s and bigger aircraft.
