ATR: Iran Air to Receive 1st Passenger Plane soon

TEHRAN (FNA)- The French-Italian aircraft manufacturer, ATR, announced that Iran’s national flag-carrier airline ‘Iran Air’ is slated to receive the first passenger plane it has bought in the coming days. “We will deliver first ATR 72-600 to Iran Air very soon,” the ATR wrote on its Twitter account.
In relevant remarks last week, Iranian Deputy Transportation Minister Asqar Fakhriyeh Kashan announced that Iran’s national flag carrier, Iran Air, has signed a contract with the French-Italian ATR company to purchase 20 passenger planes.
